This is a warning about an art thief
who is using my artwork without permission
and copy pasting them into avatar and banner pictures.
And is denying everything.

Here is the evidence.

Their name is Bijon 

And the picture used behind the avatar is this

You can see how he has cropped out the piece of my artwork and COVERED the WATERMARK with his avatar.

That watermark has always been there, and it shows up on google as well. It has never been removed,

and the watermark says Exunary.Deviantart.Com. While Deviantartarts

watermark has changed its appearance, it has always said, Exunary.Deviantart.Com

It has never been so faint that you've been able to miss it.

He has taken several pictures with watermarks and on purpose covered it up with

his avatars and then edited them. 

Here are more avatars he has used my artwork in without permission:

By looking at my original picture 

He even made a banner with the whole thing blurred 

You can easily tell how he has copy pasted them and covered the watermark. The watermark is

always centered in the picture, and the bits he has clipped out, are never of the center. 

I don't even need to point that out. You can clearly tell it's my art. 

He has used several artworks I've made and copied bits of it, or copied the

whole picture entirely. Here are some obvious examples.

Here you can even see the watermark peeking up on the leftside

shoulder of the avatar. Comparing the two. 

Proving that he has not, drawn over my art, or been ''inspired'' by it. 

He has directly copied it.

He claims the following

Here he claims he doesn't sell the backgrounds. But he does, he uses his avatars

to cover up areas of the background, especially to cover up the watermark

And then he sells it for this much

Would you pay 30 to 50 dollars for that avatar? 

80 to 120 dollars for that tiny avatar and little text in the banner?

How are the backgrounds NOT included. 

He says his ''customers'' don't have to pay for the background unless it's customised.

So going by his prices, the lowest someone can pay for a banner displayed above, is 80 dollars. And since the

background is stolen and not customized, he is either taking 80 dollars for the little avatar and text, or 80 dollars for the whole thing

including the stolen artwork created by me. 

The art used in the banner above is 

The watermark on it was added after he copied and stole it.

All of the pictures he has submitted were submitted long after my pictures. 

Another example of how he can simply not have drawn that.

He claims that he has drawn every single background, but clearly has not. As some examples

above show the watermark peeking through, the watermark being covered up delibirately. 

And anyone with two or at least one basic eye, can tell it has been directly copy pasted.

He claims he doesn't know about an Exunary or ever seen such a watermark, yet in this example

You simply cannot ignore that watermark. It literally says Exunary.Deviantart.com

On his youtube channel, he says he has created these pictures for

several youtube channels.

Just with this evidence alone, you can tell he has not created any of the backgrounds what so ever. I have only ever seen

him create 1 background, and in that same video he has this. 

You can clearly see he has directly downloaded this 

From my gallery

It even says ''minecraft_blocks_by_exunary''

And several pictures he has downloaded from my gallery and renamed.

He also seems to trace the avatars as well

Please do not support him.

I don't have the energy or time to write another DMCA notice 

to have everything taken down. The last time I did

I was so emotionally exhausted and I can't be that way

now that I go to school. I have a test this week and I've

worked hard for several months to get good grades, and I am

I hope people understand my anxiety and how much

these things trouble me.

Working 6-13 hours on a drawing, only to see someone

leech off of my work to get profit is mindnumbingly terrifying.

If you want to order commissions from me

for MUCH cheaper prices than his bull- then I will open commissions

during break.

This has really ticked me off and I apologize for such a scrambled journal post

Please do not do these things, you are actually harming people.

Update: He has admitted stealing my artwork and claims
he will not continue doing so.
